Stone House Refurbishment + Extension, Mullingar
The client had recently purchased a small stone house on a triangular site in Mullingar. They approached me to explore the options available to completely refurbish and extend the house to create a family home for the future. The brief called for the extension of the existing 2 bed “two-up-two-down” house to create a 4 bedroom home with office and large entertaining space, including a south facing roof terrace.
The external appearance of the new design was important, so the design presentation included exterior 3D views.
