Embarking on a design project can be a daunting prospect. Sometimes you know what you would like to achieve but you’re not sure where to start or what to make a priority. 

My 2 hour consultation is a budget friendly way to get started, progress your project and to feel more confident in your design choices. This is a bespoke and personal service, where you can avail of two hours of my time. I will  draw on my years of experience in both architecture and interior design to guide and advise you on your project.

This consultation will take place in the comfort of your own home (either online or in-person), where we can discuss and review any detail of your project or design that is holding up your progress. This is a fast paced consultation -  I will offer practical solutions, guidance and rough sketch computer (CAD) drawings to help you to get your home exactly how you want it.

  • This consultation can take place via Zoom or Teams for those who are living outside the Dublin area. I offer a reduced rate of €480 excl VAT for this service.

  • This depends on what you are looking for help with.

    All consultations include:

    • A meeting in the comfort of your home

    • Advice on your particular area of interest

    • A PDF document that will be emailed to you on the day of the consultation responding to your query

    • Examples:

      • Colour consultation: A paint schedule

      • Room re-layout: A sketch CAD drawing of a design proposal

      • Furniture Purchase: A mood board and shopping list for furniture purchases

      • Brief writing: A written brief that can be sent to other architects

      • Lighting + Electrical review: A lighting and electrical sketch drawing showing positions of light fittings and socket/ switch locations.

    • There is no project management within this service but we will provide you with enough information to implement the design yourself.

    • Although I will work with your budget in mind, I cannot provide cost estimates as these are changing all the time and are outside my realm of specialty. I can give you advice on where to seek quotes and more detailed cost information.
