Bespoke storage, furniture and joinery can change how you use and perceive the space available in your home. It can be a cost effective way to “extend” your space or to give a room a more tranquil feeling by hiding away clutter.

I work to provide solutions that suit your style and needs. This service can cover the design of fitted wardrobes, alcove shelving, walk-in wardrobes, utility rooms, storage for under the stairs or your boot room, hallway storage, TV or media room shelving. The list is endless.

This service seamlessly fill the gaps between architecture and interior design. If you have already begun the design process, I can work alongside other architects to provide these drawings and can tailor my drawings to sit into their design documentation.

If you would like to better visualise the space and storage, the proposed design can be modelled in 3D (Sketchup).

  • 2D - €1000 excl VAT

  • 3D - €1200 excl VAT

    • Initial briefing meeting in your home

    • Survey of your existing space where storage or joinery is required (one space - contact me if you require additional spaces)

    • Proposed layout of your room with new storage/ joinery based on the brief given at the meeting (1 option provided)

    • An online presentation to talk you through the proposed design. We will be in touch within 3 - 4 weeks to arrange this meeting.

    • One design revision.

      • This will be a 30 min follow up call to discuss the initial proposal and any changes you would like. This consultation takes place within 2 weeks of the design presentation

      • The final presentation will be developed in-line with your comments and emailed to you.

  • You will receive the following by email after the presentation meeting:

    • A set of dimensioned 2D drawings. Including:

      • Proposed plan of your storage

      • Proposed elevations of your storage

    • A mood board document illustrating proposed finishes. Including:

      • Joinery paint colour

      • Paint colours for walls surrounding joinery if necessary

      • Feature lighting suggestions if necessary

      • Ironmongery (handles etc)

    • There is no project management within this service but we will provide you with all the information you need to carry out the design.

    • Although I will work with your budget in mind, I cannot provide cost estimates as these are changing all the time and are outside my realm of specialty.
