Congratulations, you’re moving into a new house or office. Or you would like to reorganise your existing home or office. Whether you need to buy new furniture, re-layout a room or want to check if your existing furniture fits in the new space, I can help you move forward with confidence.

Using a sketch survey of the space, I can scale and locate your furniture and provide you with a 2D layout plan. This plan allows you to visualise how to maximise your space by creating functional layouts that are configured in a way that suits you and your lifestyle.

I can also provide this service if your project is at Pre-Planning, Planning or Post Planning stages or if you are buying your home off the plans. 

If you would like to better visualise the space, the proposed plan can be modelled in 3D (Sketchup). You will see the furniture and colour proposals in 3D.

  • 2D - €500 excl VAT

  • 3D - €700 excl VAT

    • Initial consultation in your home lasting approx. 1 hour

    • Measured survey of one room/ space for the purposes of laying out furniture

    • Measuring existing furniture to use as a “footprint” in the layout

    • Recommendations for new furniture, including sizing and finishes. A list of online links will be provided.

    • There is no project management within this service but we will provide you with all the information you need to carry out the design.

    • Although I will work with your budget in mind, I cannot provide cost estimates for any alterations as these are changing all the time and are outside my realm of specialty.

    • I will not take responsibility for supplier price changes.
