Fit Out of Student Residence, Dublin 1

The Kavanagh Court is a seven storey student residence provides accommodation for 491 students with bedrooms, kitchens and living rooms contained within 88 self-contained ‘house units’ of varying sizes. All bedrooms contain private bathrooms along with fitted study desks, beds and shelves, large windows and all of the technological necessities of the modern student. 

I led the Fit Out team for the project in John Fleming Architects. We provided initial conceptual design, detailed design and project management services for the reception, gym, break-out spaces, study rooms, cinema room, circulation spaces, bedroom and kitchens.
