The client had recently purchased a house in Germany and was looking for a design service to provide drawings to the builders. The house was very outdated, so rooms were combined to create an open plan ground floor and a new kitchen location. The first floor was completely reconfigured to add a new bathroom and better access to the attic level, which was converted into a bedroom with ensuite.

The project was completed through the “Design & Build” route, where the contractor implemented the design from the detailed sketch drawings provided by Archaus. Throughout the process I was retained to advise the client on finishes and to answer contractor queries.
